Text, for the readers 🙂
Well 2023 is over. So as always now is a great time to take a moment to reflect.
How was 2023 for you? was it a great year? was it the worst year of your life? was it just a year?
Whatever your answer, take a moment to reflect on the good things that happened this year.
Many people tell me this is the worst year of their life. some have issues with time constraints and stress,
can’t maintain their fitness goals or struggling with anxiety and depression.
Some have recently divorced or separated and now suffer with lost identity and purpose.
Look, I’ve been there too, and I completely understand. Fortunately at my lowest point I made the commitment to find the solution.
Today I am grateful I did, and I am living my best life.
I know you might not know how to turn it all around, or it might seem like a lot of work.
and yes I am not going to sugar coat it, it will take work, work that you must do yourself.
But once you commit, changes for the better will come swiftly.
So I’d like to kick off your 2024 with a few hot tips.
1. Bin the notion of a new years resolution. Seriously you know that shit never works.
2. Create goals, not resolutions. What’s the difference you ask? Well, a resolution is something you are doing right now.
A goal is a target for the future.
3. Get help with your demons. It’s time to face them head-on and reclaim control over your life.
No longer allow these relentless adversaries to dictate your every move.
You deserve peace, happiness, and freedom from these shackles.
Understand that seeking help is not a sign of weakness;
it takes immense strength and courage to confront those deep-rooted fears and insecurities.
4. Get Accountable. If you only have to rationalise failure to yourself, you will everytime, and your failure will be guaranteed.
Tell a mate what your goal is, even better tell a group.
And as always, if you are stuck or defeated before you even start, then reach out. I would love to give you an obligation free kick start.
Happy holidays team.
