PSYCH-K® combines neuroscience, belief change and mind–body communication to help you update the patterns driving your behaviour.

What is PSYCH-K®?

Our lives are a reflection of our beliefs – most of which are subconscious.

From childhood onwards, you form beliefs about who you are, what’s possible for you, how safe it is to be seen, how much you’re allowed to receive, and what you have to do to belong or be loved. These beliefs don’t just sit in your mind – they quietly drive your reactions, choices and behaviour.

Research suggests that up to 95% of your decisions are made at the subconscious level. That means you can be deeply committed to change and still find yourself repeating old patterns, not because you’re weak or “self-sabotaging”, but because your subconscious beliefs haven’t been updated.

PSYCH-K® is a modality designed to help you change these limiting subconscious beliefs. You don't have to know exactly where they came from, and you don’t need to share every detail of your history for the work to be effective.

Session format & location

While I focus on supporting high-achievers in Sydney (Penrith) and Adelaide, all PSYCH-K® sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Remote sessions are the preferred choice for my clients across Australia—they are just as effective as in-person work and allow you to integrate deep subconscious change from the privacy of your own home or office, without the commute.
Zoom sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions, and many clients appreciate the flexibility of working from home or their office.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients report a significant "internal shift" immediately following a session. Because we are working at the subconscious level, the changes in behavior and decision-making usually manifest within 48-72 hours.

Is this like hypnosis?

No. You are fully conscious, awake, and in control the entire time. PSYCH-K® uses a "Whole-Brain State" to communicate with the subconscious, rather than a trance state.

Can this be done remotely?

Yes. The process is equally effective via Zoom as it is in person at our Adelaide or Sydney locations.
